A new house was to be built for the Sarukhanyan family, and the house was to be very bright, in all aspects and from all sides.

Honored arborist of Armenia Zhora Sarukhanyan already had 3 daughters and was waiting for the birth of his son…
He was certain that his son will be the real heir of his great and patriotic work.
1988 - 2008
… and then came 1988, bringing a devastating disaster. Although the house wasn’t destroyed, it was gradually left by its habitants, and the Dendropark was abandoned. Neither the earthquake, nor the hard times have broken
2008 - to present
The house and the Dendropark had to get a new life and breathe. In 2008 works in Dendropark began, and in 2018 began the reconstruction of the building. And today, already revived, but keeping the spirit of the
