Inspired by this happy event, Zhora Sarukhanyan decided to build an apartment building in one of the cozy corners of Lori. A new house was to be built for the Sarukhanyan family, and the house was to be very bright, in all aspects and from all sides.The house was located in the area of ​​Vanadzor’s Dendropark, with a breathtaking view from all four sides. And so in 1961 the foundation was laid. The house became a real family hearth, not only for the Sarukhanyans, but also for other families. It went on like that for many years, and then...
Although the house wasn’t destroyed, it was gradually left by its habitants, and the Dendropark was abandoned. Neither the earthquake, nor the hard times have broken the determination that patriarchal structure must be revived.
In 2008 works in Dendropark began, and in 2018 began the reconstruction of the building. And today, already revived, but keeping the spirit of the good old days, the building opens its welcoming doors as a hotel, and the Dendropark proudly bears the name of its founder. All people should stay faithful to their roots and history.
В этом ожидании было огромное желание, теплота и свет солнца и уверенность в том, что он будет истинным носителем имени своего отца и наследником великого и патриотического дела, проделанного им. И вот в 1961 году рождается долгожданный сын. Вдохновленный этим радостным событием, Жора Саруханян решает построить многоквартирный дом в одном из живописных уголков провинции Лори. Для многодетной семьи Саруханянов нужен был светлый и солнечный во всех отношениях дом. Было выбрано место в районе дендрария, окруженное невероятными видами. В 1961 году был заложен фундамент. Этот дом стал настоящим семейным очагом не только для Саруханянов, но и для других семей. Так продолжалось много лет, а затем...
выстоял, но жители постепенно покидали его, а дендрарий был запущен. Но ни землетрясение, ни последовавшие за ним тяжелые годы и, казалось бы, непреодолимые трудности не сломили твердую решимость: отцовское дело должно быть возрождено!
И сегодня уже возрожденное, но сохранившее дух старых добрых времен здание открывает свои гостеприимные двери как отель, а дендрарий гордо носит имя своего основателя. Мы все должны чтить историю своих семей и оставаться верными своим корням.
